Terms of use
1. Service
Operator 성공하는 습관 provides Habits Shape Life for routine, meal and workout records, statistics, and account sync across devices and the web. Available features depend on the app version and service status.
2. Accounts and eligibility
The service is used with a signed-in account. You must be at least 16 years old. At sign-up you enter your country of residence and your age; your date of birth is not stored. Accounts created with untrue information may be restricted. You are responsible for access to your social sign-in account. Different sign-in providers are not automatically merged into one account.
3. Yearly subscription
Creating and editing records, statistics and starting workout measurements require a yearly subscription. There is no free trial. Price, currency and taxes are shown by the App Store or Google Play before purchase, and payment and renewal are charged to the store account you purchase with. The app does not collect or store card details.
The subscription renews automatically every year. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel in the store's subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Signed in with the same account, a subscription bought on iPhone or Android works on your other devices and on the web. Subscriptions are not sold on the web. If we raise the price, we tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before it applies; depending on store policy, your consent may be required. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel before the next renewal.
4. Without a current subscription
Without a subscription, or after it ends, you can still view and delete records you already saved and manage your account. Records are not deleted because a subscription ends.
5. Refunds
Refunds follow the policy and process of the store you purchased from; statutory rights such as withdrawal rights remain unaffected. Deleting your account does not cancel or refund a subscription—cancel in the store first.
Where the law lets a minor or their legal guardian cancel a purchase made without the guardian's consent (in Korea, for users under 19), request the cancellation and refund through the store's process; the operator helps with any verification needed.

6. Invitation codes
An invitation code from a promotion partner can be added to your account once, before your first subscription, and cannot be changed afterwards. Accounts that have subscribed before cannot add one. A code filled in from an invitation link and one typed in are treated the same. An account with an invitation code gets 10% off the first year of its first subscription: on Google Play as a discounted offer, and on the App Store through an App Store offer code. The store's checkout shows the actual price, and the subscription renews at the regular price after the first year. The discount applies only to an account's first subscription, never to renewals or later subscriptions. A discounted purchase made for an account that has subscribed before is not linked to that account; in that case, request a refund through the store. Invitation codes are also used to count sign-ups and subscriptions per promotion partner. Promotion partners must disclose that their content is advertising, as agreed with the operator.
7. Records and sync
You retain ownership of your records. The operator and service providers store and transfer records as necessary to provide the service. Connectivity can delay synchronization. Edits are merged by their recorded modification times. Synchronization is not an independent historical backup; see the privacy policy for current recovery limits.
8. Acceptable use and restrictions
Do not store illegal content, use another person's account, compromise security or disrupt the service. Nutrition ratios and activity information are general recording aids, not individual medical diagnosis, treatment or prescriptions.
If you break these terms, we may restrict your use. Before doing so we tell you the reason and duration and give you a chance to respond. When urgent action is needed to protect other users or the service, we restrict first and notify you right away. You can object through the contact in section 12.
9. Limitation of liability
The operator is liable under applicable law for damage it causes intentionally or negligently. It is not liable for damage without its intent or negligence, such as natural disasters, causes attributable to you, or outages of external services you choose (sign-in providers, app stores, AI services you connect). Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Deletion, changes and discontinuation
You can delete your account in the app. The privacy policy describes deletion scope. Significant changes to the service or these terms are announced before they take effect, and changes that require consent apply only after you agree.
If we discontinue the service, we announce it in the app and on the web at least 30 days in advance and refund the amount for the subscription period remaining after the end date. If a store cannot process the refund, the operator refunds you directly.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live still apply where they are more favorable to you. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
