Delete your Habits Shape Life account and its associated records.

Delete directly in the app

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings → My account → Delete account.
3. Review the scope and confirm deletion. Complete Apple reauthentication if prompted.

If you cannot use the app

You can request deletion by email without reinstalling the app.

Tell us which sign-in method you used and how to reply to you. Include the registered email if you know it. Do not send passwords, verification codes, login tokens or identity documents.

We will guide you through minimal ownership verification to protect other users’ records. After verification, we process the request without undue delay and confirm the result. If further checks or legal retention are needed, we explain the reason and expected timing.

What is deleted

The app account, server-side routine, meal, workout and saved-item records, and associated authentication information. In-app deletion also clears the account’s records and its guest originals on the current device. Applicable Apple/Kakao service authorization is revoked.

What may remain

Downloaded copies on other devices can be removed by uninstalling the app there. Operating-system health records and files exported with older app versions are not automatically deleted. A minimal internal account ID and deletion timestamp are retained to prevent restoring deleted accounts, along with any information required by law for its limited purpose. Independent scheduled server backups are not yet active.
